Omg, the rooms were like a dream 😍 so modern and clean! also, the incredible breakfast spread blew me away 👌 but the only downside was the service - staff seemed totally unprepared and messy.

Despite some noise issues, the superb breakfast, comfy bed, and helpful staff made up for it. The location was perfect, with easy access to transportation and lovely views. Overall, a great choice for exploring Madrid's sights and enjoying a relaxing beach holiday vibe.

I chose this hotel for attending a board meeting because it offers a redefined concept of an urban hotel, located in front of the Santa Justa AVE station. It was the perfect enclave for both national and international tourists, as well as for leisure or business travelers. The staff went above and beyond in all aspects, from check-in to housekeeping, and the rooms were very comfortable, enhancing my stay for work.

One thing that I missed for my work was a dedicated business center where I could conduct private meetings and calls without any interruptions.

Our room was fantastic with modern decor and all the essentials, including free coffee and tea. The restaurant served delicious food and had a great ambiance. The only downside was the slightly cramped room size, but that didn't impact our overall great experience! 🌟 The hotel offers a relaxing jacuzzi and live entertainment, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the city. Although the corridors to our room were a bit dreary, the exceptional service and amenities more than made up for it!

The bed was comfy with awesome pillows, and the room had good lighting. They even called to check if everything was alright in my room shortly after check, in. the rooftop bar and restaurant had a great outdoor terrace, which was the perfect spot for a relaxing evening drink.

Some staff at the reception desk were a bit arrogant, which was off, putting. the showers in the hotel rooms were not the best , the water pressure was low and the temperature was difficult to adjust.

The breakfast options were amazing, with a choice between a full buffet or a simple breakfast in the lobby coffee shop. The hotel's location was perfect for my logistics, being close to the metro station, train station, and car rental companies. I also enjoyed the proximity to a beautiful park, the Prado museum, and the grand central station. I had a wonderful experience at Only You and would highly recommend it.

Almost perfect, but the noise from the main train station and main road opposite the hotel was quite noticeable. the room walls were very thin, which meant that we could hear people talking, bathing, and flushing toilets in the next room.
